FreeDa Language Space

This young language school has set out its stall in one of Barcelona’s most under-appreciated districts… Poble Sec. This hip barrio, under the leafy Montjuic hill, boasts some of the best tapas and pintxo bars in the city, and is a popular hang out for students and the under 25s, making after class socialising fun and easy.

Aside from its cool location, FreeDa Language Space differentiates itself from Barcelona’s language schools with its close personal attention to students. Classes have a maximum size of just 7 pupils… that’s the smallest we’ve seen in the city!

And unlike some other schools you study every single week day, whether you’re doing a super-intensive (4 hours a day), intensive (3 hours a day), semi-intensive (2 hours a day) or extensive (1 hour a day) course. If you’ve ever learned a language before you’ll know how important it is to be immersed in that language on a daily basis.

Prospective students will be pleased to know that FreeDa is certified by the Cervantes Institute, and that all of their teachers are native speakers, with high level of linguistic and teaching qualifications.

On top of classroom learning, FreeDa organises a wide range of activities, from simple meals, meet ups and parties to cultural excursions and day trips.
